Alex Willcocks – Managing Director

Alex is responsible for the day to day running of Burbeck Interiors. He is part of the management team for the wider Burbeck group and is a Director in both Burbeck Capital and Burbeck Project Management. Along with his brother Jack his background started in residential property development. He is actively involved in the financing, acquisition and disposal of Burbeck’s development portfolio, which provides him with a unique perspective on the property market when discussing home staging and property styling with his Interiors clients. Happiest when he is with his wife, young son and English bulldog, otherwise he can usually be found discussing the property market at a breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or drinks across the country.

Jack Willcocks – Director

Jack is a Director of Burbeck Interiors and sits on the management team of the Burbeck group. Jack has a BSC in Urban Planning and Development and has a winning understanding of space, design and an ability to manage multiple projects at the highest of levels. As Director of Burbeck Capital he is responsible for project managing their residential development portfolio, managing the design and build of their developments across London. As Managing Director of Burbeck Project Management, Jack leverages his extensive experience and knowledge to oversee the process for private clients. At the weekend Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and French bulldog. If you need him, he can usually be located at one of the Soho groups properties.

Lindsay Willcocks – Director – Operations Manager

Lindsay is a Director in Burbeck Interiors as well as Burbeck Capital and Burbeck Project Management and sits on the management team of the group. She is responsible for the day to day operations of the 3 companies, ensuring the effective running of the businesses. Not to be seen without her Husky dog, True. She enjoys walking in Richmond park, Yoga and spending time with her family.

Alexandra Laird – Design Manager

Alexandra, better known as Ally, is the Design Manager for Burbeck Interiors. Professionally qualified at the KLC School of Interior Design with previous studies in History at The University of Nottingham, Ally’s six years of experience in the design industry include her time at a renowned London design studio. She excels in listening to her client’s requirements and designing homes which are well thought out and beautifully considered. Ally is rarely seen without Burbeck’s mascot, her French Bulldog, and her favourite things to do at the weekend are cooking up a storm for friends and family or sampling her favourite wines from Italy and California.

Sylwia Lubian – Interior Designer

Since gaining a BA and Master’s in Interior Design from the University of Westminster, Sylwia has worked for some of the most respected interior designers across the country. She has significant experience in project management and procurement and works closely with Jack Willcocks on the design and build of Burbeck Capital’s development portfolio, as well as with private clients in Burbeck Project Management. She is an internationally recognised designer having won the prestigious International Design & Architecture Award in 2018 for ‘Best Show home’ for a project she completed for the Berkeley Group. An exceptional baker as well as designer, her weekends are spent baking delicious treats and spending time with her French bulldog Carmel.

Grace Willcocks – Head of Commercial

Grace is responsible for commercial strategy. Grace has over 14 years’ experience working on commercial projects, managing growth and increasing revenue streams for Corporate M&A teams, including working on Corporate Real Estate deals. Key career highlights include setting up a Kickstarter initiative for tech focussed UK start-ups and working on an international project enabling African business founders to access capital in the UK. Her core expertise focusses on managing strategic partnerships, product development, multifaceted thought leadership campaigns and high-profile collaborations. These collaborations have included those with the UK Government, British Venture Capital Association and London Stock Exchange.

Katie Jane Keenan – Associate Interior Designer

Katie Jane is one of our Interior Designers and is a Fine Arts graduate who joined Burbeck Interiors after completing further studies at the KLC School of Design. Katie excels in developing bespoke interior design schemes, taking on diverse range of client’s requests and adapting her classic contemporary style to client and property requirements. Katie is a bubbly, happy person with a strong creative flair. At the weekends you will find her with a glass of vino in hand or strolling around Battersea Park in the sunshine, or back at her home farm near Durham feeding her herd of Llamas!

Thom Atkins – Head of Business Development

As Head of Business Development at Burbeck, Thom is responsible for the day to day running of our Sales Team. Having worked in London property since 2008, Thom has worked throughout PCL and has been responsible for selling and renting some of London’s finest homes with some landmark deals taking place across SW London. Born and raised in London, Thom has an intimate understanding of the city and would love to assist with any enquiries you may have.

Beth Dash

Beth is part of our Business Development team and comes from 5 years experience within the property industry. Beth also has a passion for and knowledge within interior design and is working towards her Interior Design qualification at KLC School of Design. In her spare time she also enjoys travelling to new places and spending time in Devon with her family and two Tibetan terriers.

Kornel Koczkaz

Kornel’s journey with design started way back in 2012 when he studied architecture at high school in his home country of Hungary.
After completing his studies, Kornel moved to London to further his dream to become an Interior Designer where he completed a well-known and prestigious interior design course with The Interior Design Institute. Kornel is a creative individual and always enjoys working on DIY projects and taking photos of Interior Spaces.

Emily Bateson-Roseberry – Design Assistant

Design Assistant Emily joined us just after graduating from Loughborough University, where she studied Textiles: Innovation and Design. Emily has varied experience in both fashion, fabric sourcing and a genuine love and enthusiasm for interior design. Emily takes a lot of inspiration from listening to interior design podcasts, visiting art galleries, and reading the latest magazines. She loves traditional interiors with a modern and contempory twist. On weekends, she enjoys sipping on cocktails with friends in the city. When back in Durham, Emily likes going out for a hack on her family horses.

Emily Osmond – Design Assistant

Emily is one of our design assistants, with her previous experience in marketing she expresses herself creatively through her love of interior design. With a diploma from the Interior Design Institute and UAL, Emily brings to Burbeck a unique style to suit each property. When Emily is not in the office she enjoys exploring London and finding new places to hang out.

Rowena Judd

Interior stylist Rowena grew up in leafy Surrey and studied Textile Design at Loughborough University. Rowena enjoys exploring texture, colour and scale through wallpapers and fabric design. She has since travelled and worked across Australia and Scotland in design-based roles, providing her with a wealth of inspiration and leading her to start her career in interior styling. Rowena enjoys the creative freedom the role allows, designing unique interiors to suit each property. At the weekend Rowena enjoys spending time in a cosy country pub with friends or in London, visiting art exhibitions and interiors.

Millie Williams Thomas

Local Londoner Millie is an interior stylist for Burbeck who’s creative flare shines through her work. After recently graduating from Edinburgh University in Textile design with a first-class honour’s degree. Millie has a passion for design, spending her spare time making jewellery or scouting out the latest fashion trends around London. With a background in textiles Millie enjoys playing with textures and pattern as well as using bold pops of colour within the properties that she styles.

Tatjana Brkljac

Tanya graduated from the State University of Economics in Serbia and completed the undergraduate studies in banking at the London School of Economics. Her previous experience in banking (Raiffeisen Bank, Austria) and sales management (Organica Vita Ltd London) required wide use of her analytical way of thinking. After joining Burbeck Interiors, she got a chance to specialise in using Xero software. It meant taking my accounting and finance skills to a new level. As a mother of two kids, she enjoys spending time with them in her spare time. Their joy and happiness are her inspiration and strength when overcoming challenging moments in my life.

Muge Tan

Muge graduated from Bilkent University, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design department with a bachelor's degree(BA Hons) , and throughout her career, has been involved in various high-end residential projects from concept to completion. Her experience includes high-end hospitality projects with Four Seasons Hotels, Mandarin Oriental, St Regis, amongst others.

She enjoys creating spaces consisting of layers and warm, elegant touches with bespoke details.

Hannah Farley

Hannah is the Design Manager for Burbeck Interiors. Having studied Textiles at Central Saint Martin’s Hannah brings with her eight years of experience in the design industry. Hannah is all about colour and you will see this come through her vivid interior designs as well as beautiful textiles and fabrics. She is a big foody and will always be heard chatting about her latest restaurant conquest.

Laura Stothard

Laura is a Junior Interior Stylist who started her career in Textile Design. After completing courses in interior design and styling, she gained experience as a home design stylist at John Lewis. She brings her textiles knowledge and love of colour, print and texture into her schemes. Out of the office you will find Laura at an art gallery, travelling or practising Pilates!

Johanna Govern

Johanna graduated from Bournemouth University in 2009 with BA (Hons) in communication and Media studies. She brings with her over 10 years of retail buying and administrative experience. Her love of spreadsheets means she is very organised but in her spare time you will find her spending time with friends at a bottomless brunch or relaxing with family.

Sinnead Allen

Sinead is part of our business development team. Coming from a tech sales background, Sinead was keen to join us at Burbeck and follow her passion for all things property and interior design. Sinead loves to travel in her spare time, spending time in Ireland and the US with family, or seeking out a new sun-soaked adventure elsewhere.

James Oliver

James Oliver Originally from South Africa, it may not be surprising to hear that I am a very active person with a passion for rugby and Gym based exercise. Through my professional career, I have over 10 years of experience working in sales and business development roles within both fitness and Tech industries. I have always had a great interest in property, having done a lot of sporadic part time work within the property sector, with the aim of flipping houses on the side. When an exciting opportunity with Burbeck Interiors arose, I decided to dive in headfirst and ever since, I have loved being a part of this exciting business.

The logistics team
